2ND MEETING

When I return to your property, I will:

  • Provide you with a comprehensive market valuation to help you make an informed decision on what to list and ultimately sell your home for.
  • Provide insight on what may be done to prepare the property for maximum marketability and sale price.
  • Cover how I will market your home

 

LISTING YOUR HOME

When you decide to list your home with me, I will:

  • Review and sign all required paperwork with you
  • Make arrangements for any pre-listing preparations
  • Prepare professional media to market the home
  • Arrange showings, feedback etc.,

RECEIVING OFFERS

Once we receive an offer(s) on your property, I will:

  • Ensure all interested parties are aware of the offer
  • Cover the contents of the offer with you
  • Help you to negotiate favourable terms and conditions

 

WHEN YOUR HOME IS SOLD

After you have negotiated a firm deal, I will:

  • Send all required documents to your lawyer
  • Communicate and arrange final viewings and walkthroughs with the Buyer
  • Help to ensure the closing process is smooth and without interruption
