Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  1. Teams must consist of two participants.
  2. Each team must submit:
    • Documentation of the project with progress photos at various stages of creation.
    • A completed intake form agreeing to these terms.
  3. At least one team member must attend the Makers Open House on January 18, 2025, at 10 AM to be eligible for the prize.

Judging Criteria:

  • Originality and creativity of the project.
  • Quality of craftsmanship or execution.
  • Presentation of progress photos (lack of photos may impact scoring).

Prize Details:

  1. Prizes: Six one-year full-access memberships to the Grey Bruce Makerspace will be awarded to the top three teams in each age category.
  2. Memberships are transferable before enrollment but must be activated in 2025.

Other Terms:

  • Participants agree to the use of their photos, videos, and creations for promotional purposes.
  • The challenge encourages the spirit of making and teamwork. Judges’ decisions are final.
